Returns

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for contacting us before sending back any product to receive return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed through cash on delivery arrangements or store credit, depending on your preference. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personal-use accessories, clearance products, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund.
